Questions about syncing, household sharing, subscriptions, or account issues? Send us a message with a few details and we will help you troubleshoot as quickly as possible.

Contact support

Email us at support@fridgefam.com. Include the details below so we can help quickly.

  • Your name and the email used for your FridgeFam account.
  • Device model and iOS version.
  • App version (Settings > About).
  • Short description of what you expected and what happened.

Troubleshooting basics

  • Make sure you are on the latest iOS version and the latest FridgeFam app update.
  • Check your network connection and try again on Wi-Fi and cellular.
  • Force quit and relaunch the app.
  • Sign out and sign back in if you are stuck syncing.
  • Reinstall the app if a screen is blank or stuck.

Account, billing, and subscriptions

FridgeFam subscriptions are managed by Apple. To update billing, cancel a plan, or view receipts, open iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Refunds are processed by Apple. You can request a refund from Apple through the Report a Problem page.

Privacy and data requests

To delete your account, open the app and go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. If you need help, email privacy@fridgefam.com.

Report a bug or issue

Detailed reports help us fix issues faster. Please include:

  • Steps to reproduce the issue.
  • Screenshots or screen recordings if possible.
  • The list name or household name where it happened.
  • Approximate time of the issue and your time zone.

If something seems down, check the status page for live updates. We post incident notes and maintenance windows there.
